முந்தலம் – நவதன்குளம் பகுதியில் இன்று (12) காலை இடம்பெற்ற விபத்தில் 3 பேர் உயிரிழந்தனர்.
முந்தலம் பகுதியில் கார் ஒன்றும் வேன் ஒன்றும் நேருக்கு நேர் மோதிக்கொண்டதில் இந்த கோர விபத்து நிகழ்ந்துள்ளதாக பொலிஸார் தெரிவித்துள்ளனர்.
இந்த விபத்தின் போது காரில் பயணம் செய்த இரண்டு பெண்களும் ஒரு ஆணும் பரிதாபமாக உயிரிழந்துள்ளனர்.
விபத்தில் சிக்கி காயமடைந்த மேலும் 10 பேர் உடனடியாக மீட்கப்பட்டு, சிகிச்சைக்காக சிலாபம் வைத்தியசாலையில் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.
சம்பவம் குறித்து முந்தல் பொலிஸார் மேலதிக விசாரணைகளைத் தீவிரமாக முன்னெடுத்து வருகின்றனர்.

A tragic road accident occurred this morning in the Mundalama – Navadankulama area, resulting in the deaths of three individuals. The collision involved a car and a van traveling in opposite directions, claiming the lives of two women and one man who were in the car. Additionally, ten injured persons have been hospitalized at the Chilaw Hospital, while the Mundalama Police continue their investigation into the incident.
